How to Register your Nickname in the Mibbit Chat

 

1.Go into the chat with the name you want to register. You can change your name by typing /nick "nickname" with no quotes

2.Type /msg nickserv register password email like below

3. After you enter this, you will see this appear in the chat

4. log into your e-mail and you will see a email that looks like this

5. go back into the mibbit client and paste what they sent you in like this

6. A message will come on in the chat confirming that you have successfully registered

7. Now that you have registered, you have to run this command every time you enter chat, or you will be kicked out after about 15 seconds.

/msg Nickserv Identify "password" with no quotations
